PROJECT MANAGERS & COMPLIANCE OFFICERS
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Project Managers & Compliance Officers to oversee major facilities management contracts in London.
You will be responsible for:
• Coordinating multi-trade teams and managing client relationships
• Overseeing statutory compliance programmes including Awaab’s Law, fire safety, and building regulations
• Producing reports and analysing performance data
• Ensuring services meet and exceed client KPIs
• Acting as a key client liaison to support operational delivery and compliance auditing
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in project management within FM, construction, or housing
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (fire safety, housing standards)
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
• Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building ability
• Relevant qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, IOSH/NEBOSH) desirable
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
HOURS & SALARY / BENEFITS
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (London weighted, DOE)
