We are looking for reliable Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Operatives to maintain communal areas, void properties, and external grounds across London estates.

You will be responsible for:
• Daily cleaning of communal areas
• Deep cleans of vacated properties
• Waste management and litter picking
• Grass cutting and hedge trimming
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation

This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact tenant experience and the quality of the built environment.
